I have found ANC to be wonderful. The staff are helpful and happy and know their products.
However I recently rang to ensure that a bottle of Calcium with vitamin d and k was to be included in my VIP parcel which it was, but a single bottle was sent to my address in Nambucca Heads. I was lucky that my phone number was on the parcel and enable them to phone me and send it on.
I left Nambucca in April last year and have purchased products since them to my new address so how did that happen?
