I love the products and the sentiment behind this company. However, the time before last, I was offered a discount on the products I bought as a loyal customer. I took advantage of this but when I went to check out the discount was not included. I tried a number of times but the discount code was rejected. So I emailed the company explaining the problem and the response was that discount offer was a mistake and they didn't mean to send it out. My response was that you can't offer something and then take it back and as it wasn't my fault they should honour the offer as a matter of principle. Eventually, I was instructed to ring up the next day and tell the receptionist that the person I spoke to said to give me a discount. I didn't want to have to do that. It should have been sorted by them internally without me having to deal with it. I'm the customer. So I declined and paid the full price. It has put me off but the products are good so I'm considering an equivalent company..
