I am very happy with The quality of your products.
I accept that they are relatively expensive but value the local production & environmental benefits.
However, a gripe -
On one occasion, I went to the Bendigo store & spent over $100.
Soon after coming home to Kerang, I received an email offering a significant discount for purchases. I, a loyal customer had missed out. I mentioned this to the retailer the next timid that I visited the store & was told that the store is never informed of these special offers!!!!
Poor customer service.
