I ordered what looked like a medium blue rug; what I received was dark gray/navy in colour. The designs on the rug also varied from the photo and were slightly larger. I had chatted with the owner before the purchase to ensure the rug colour was medium blue and she affirmed it was. After I received a different rug, she said the specific rug featured in the photo was a sample that had been sold 'way ago.' 'We use same pictures for slight similar products to save time and energy.' As an online store, I would think they would show photos of the same type of rug they will send. I had looked a long time for a rug in my preferred colour and was disappointed. I kept the rug as it was 10 foot and would have been difficult to return. I hope the Moroccan weaver received some benefit from the transaction.
