So my Ultra soft wash mitt had gone well past the 3 months date and started to show wear after lots of use, so I decided this time to buy a new one. This time round I decided to purchase the Deluxe mitt & see how it works for me, also for some time now I've been recommended your bottle of Glisten so purchased a bottle of that too (slowly getting 1 of everything ha).. once delivered (you guys ship parcels very fast, high five) I opened the box to find my two well packaged items along with a couple freebies (always got to dig around just in case lol). Well say great but I noticed that I got sent a bottle of iron out apposed to glisten (similar coloured bottles & your very busy I understand) I was a little gutted as was looking forward to using glisten for the first time. I immediately called up and got put through to a very nice & helpful lady (unsure who this was) which she took my order number and sent me a new parcel to a different address completely free of charge which arrived very next day & let me keep the bottle of iron out too, Winner!
