This company is a real scam! First, I ordered the software, was charged double the price. Next the link didn't work, so I messaged the company (the same day as purchased) about the cost and that the instructions were not as advertised and further that the link was not working. I was promised a full refund back in February. I have continued to send messages to Fran Ferrara, the Accounting/Customer Service Manager, who had promised the refund. She said to expect a refund in 3-4 days. Since then, she does not answer my emails and no refund has been issued. My bank has not been able to get any answers from them either. RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!
