To be honest, I have more horror stories about customer service than good ones. I was pleasantly surprised when I called Auto Forward's customer service weeks after purchasing their monitoring app and had a positive experience. We had a pleasant conversation, and my questions were politely and helpfully answered. By far the best customer service I've ever experienced.
