On April 14th, I was charged $143.86, thinking I was paying about $30 to get started. I checked my email and a lot of extra charges had been added without my permission. Once I discovered they had taken more from my account, I asked for a cancellation. I never used the activation code, and was glad I didn't because when I checked I found they had taken out so much more than I thought, and immediately emailed to cancel. Margaux Johnsons emailed me back on April 19th, 2022 and said that she was cancelling it. I wrote back on and on as follows and here are the responses. May 3rd she said the refund would show up in 3-5 days. I wrote back again and again after waiting the promised refund would take 3-5 days. May 9th and she said she had placed a tracer on the refund. On May 19th she said "escalated your concern to our refund supervisor for immediate processing." Still no refund as promised. on June 6th, after asking again she wrote "I can see that your refund was issued in our system. I do not see any reason for the delay. Some banks take longer to receive funds than others. Please give it one more day or two, if you do not see the funds returned to your account by then, please give us a call and we will trace it through the banking system for you." It is now June 11th, and I am still waiting. My main complaint is Much more money charged than advertised. A Refund was promised over and over again for months now stating it will take 3-5 days. No refund has ever been given. They say call us if you don't get the refund, but there is no way to talk to anyone when I have tried to call. I will update this complaint as resolved if I ever get the refund, so just if they come here and say the refund is processed doesn't mean it has unless I say I have been refunded.
