Fortunately both my cars are very reliable so I haven't called them out for some time, but in the past when I have called them for assistance I found them satisfactory. The 50% discount for my second car makes it good value for money. My only gripe is that just recently I received a letter about my renewal that quoted the renewal price, but when I went online to pay it the price was £7 more ? When I rang up I was told that there was a "problem" with the renewals web site. Good job I didn't click on the "Proceed to Payment" button !! Will be wary of this in 12 months time.
