Hi Today I spoke to Samuel who was very friendly and explained things well. I needed to renew my policy but also had some changes to make which he did quickly. He asked if I wanted the extra key cover, but didnt push this service, which I found very refreshing. I do actually think that the key cover is an exellent idea as I have been known to lose them on occasions and the cost of replacing them is very high. Therefore £12 is a small price to pay for peace of mind and a new key! I haven't needed the breakdown service very often over the many years I have been with Autonational, but when I have the service has always been excellent.
