My query today resulted from an IT fault on the Autonational website. It tried to charge me as a new customer rather than a renewal which was £5 more. I spoke to your agent Amy about this who apologised for the fault and reported it to your IT department. She also then provided me with renewal at the price originally quoted on your renewal letter. Amy was very patient and helpful.
