Melissa was polite and helpful. She took the time to explain the jargon on your script where you tell customers how much money we lose on 'insurer premiums' if we cancel. Make your scripts simple in language so Melissa and her colleagues don't have customers being confused and annoyed by jargon which doesnt explain the charges.
