I was with Auto national rescue for over 20 years, however last year I moved and changed to Green Flag. Last month I had a flat tyre and clicked the Rescue Me app on my phone. I was unable to contact them this way or by phone. 2 hours later I asked a man to help me. this was unacceptable and I have now returned to Auto National Rescue.
