The customer service is responsive (I was answered within 60 seconds), helpful with my change of address and there was no fuss with my renewal of policy. If only all customer service was as good as this.
I've only had to use the service 2 or 3 times in 10 years but it was as good if not better than any of the leading breakdown services, and more reasonably priced too.
