Brilliant service. They had the windscreen transported overnight and would have been with me sooner had the engineer not been bitten by a dog dealing with the previous customer. He rang me, apologised for the delay but said he was on his way to the hospital and that he would be with me as soon as he was discharged from A&E. He rang me as he was leaving the hospital and arrived with his hand bandaged. He completed the job in about 45 minutes and was able to manage a cup of tea as well! Really nice young man - came from St Austell. So unusual to get polite, proper, efficient "service" nowadays, so well done - if this young man is anything to go by, you should be proud of your workforce.
