Cancelled my Order and will never use again 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 The fitter didn’t want to do the work as it was New Year’s Eve and was concerned about his work load as he had come from thursk and had come with out the glass and didn’t want to get his hand cold de-icing the glass that was damaged so he tried saying I was defrauding to his manager my wife got one story off him and I was it work and had a missed phone call off them , so I rang back to be accused of falsely claiming?!!!! He said they video jobs now utterly bull the video would of shown they hadn’t defrosted the glass. Cowboys, The fitter didn’t even know if it was too cold to fit the glass or not because he asked my wife what she thought to which my wife replied I’m not the expert here I wouldn’t have a clue. You should know what your doing I would of thought by now! Then she realised he was coming up with every excuse he could not to do the work? Unbelievable!!!!! If the fitter could of been bothered to defrost the glass he would of seen the damage and false accusations wouldn’t of been thrown around. The depot was Leeds! Avoid 👎👎👎👎👎. Would you want someone doing work on your car who didn’t know if it was too cold or not 🤔🤨 I can’t comment on the conversation had between this company and the insurance company be causing unnecessary problems. You guy make your own minds up. But I went somewhere else. I would too if you what to keep your integrity with your insurance company.
