After giving the name of my car insurance company and the policy number Auto Windscreens dealt directly with my insurance company. I did not have to deal with my insurers at all and there was no paperwork or claim forms for me to deal with. My insurance excess was paid directly to the technician by card after he had completed the fixing of the replacement windscreen. After my appointment date was agreed the technician called and kept me informed as to his expected arrival time and he was very punctual. The new screen was installed in less than an hour and the technician advised me on the technical do's and don't to be observed before I drove the car with the new screen.
