Very thorough on the phone and offered me an early appointment which I couldn't manage so I booked a later agreed date. I was given all the local depot contact info I would need so when my plans changed so I contacted the depot and they fitted me in super-quick which was really welcome and appreciated. A very professional job fitting the screen and it looks like it's excellent quality too. Impressed!
