Had to go via this crowd due to being insured through AA, after a smash and grab needed driver's window replaced took 2 days not an issue. Man that came to do job was great but there was a problem with window not closing properly afterwards. He took it out cleared and tried again. Couldn't calibrate full closure of window. Then had company on phone looking for excess fee I explained I wasn't happy as it's not closing as it should. So not happy paying excess at present. Then 20 mins later had a phone call from some monkey threatening me with taking me to debt collector.cant believe this outfit and the attitude of the Muppet in the office. As if I wasn't stressed enough after the break in. He said I have to go to main dealer which means paying out more money!!!! Looking at the reviews it seems they're not all that. But needs must sadly I didn't have the money to pay outright had to go through insurance. Really makes me angry why do I bother paying for insurance 🤬
