Avoid if at all possible. They specialise in terrible customer service and the fast, sloppy fit of parts. After 2 months of phone calls, I finally managed to get them to use the correct (manufacturer) glass for the car, the manufacturer glass at my cost under an insurance replacement. I pay for this over the phone, several hundred pounds. First attempt at replacement: text me the day before to set a time (great), arrived late (bad). Gave the chap tea and biscuits and he set to work. 90 mins later, the glass was in the car. It was squint, not sealed fully to car, scuttle damaged and not sitting correctly, seal not in properly, some of the plastic trim scratched (terrible). At least he admitted it wasn't acceptable. In the process, the parking permit for the car was also removed with the old glass and not taken off. I phone customer services to express my dissatisfaction. Someone will come out in a week to have a look. Every time it rains, the inside of the car gets wet. I write the details for the parking permit in the window but still get parking tickets every second day. For the assessment, at 5pm the day before I have to phone to see that they are still coming. They are, given a time over the phone. Fitter arrives late. Takes one look and says thats a crappy job and needs redone. And goes away. Phone customer services AGAIN to schedule the re-replacement. Another two weeks. It still rains, the car still gets wet. The parking attendants still give me tickets. The second replacement, the day before 5pm, have heard nothing. Phone customer support. Told that yes it is tomorrow and will be text'd a time. Fitter arrives 1hr late. Given tea and biscuits, gets to work. 90 minutes later, the glass is in. Square at least. Scuttle not sitting perfectly. Seal round the screen nothing like as neat as the "factory" result before (and that I had paid for). Trim still scratched. Invoice arrives in the post. They had over-charged the card. Phone Customer Support. Again. They say oh yes, we have overcharged you. Request a refund. Told that it will be run next day. Two weeks later (the most a bank could take on an incoming payment), still nothing. Phone customer support. The refund has been "requested" and the accounting team has done nothing about it. The saga goes on. I am shocked that such a dis-functional, poorly performing business exists in the UK today.
