I was very disappointed with my first booking as the time window was Between 0.900 to 13.00, despite a confirmation phone call at 9.30 not one arrived even by 13.00, I called the office for explanation and was told someone is on their way, I had to stay behind for 1 hour and by 1.50 no one had arrived so I left work as I have a fair distant to drive and also collect my granddaughter from Nursery, I received a call at 16.00 while driving from the Autoglass technician to say he was able to do the job, I told him that was bit too late, it had disrupted my whole days schedule. I had re booked my appointment for the next day. The service today was perfect and on time the technician arrived 20 minutes after the confirmation phone call, he was a very pleasant man.
