Auto Windscreens is not a company you expect to be contacting - because you're not expecting a piece of stone to leap up and make a hole in your car windscreen! But it happened to me a few days ago - and when I contacted my car insurers (M&S) I was put on to the company: I found Auto Windscreens to be friendly and helpful in explaining what they could do for me and what it might cost. I was given an appointment date that was convenient and their technician duly called and turned up on the day in question. He was very pleasant and made me feel relaxed about the choices on offer. I went for repair (only) which was all that was needed; this produced a very good finish - I couldn't immediately see the original impact area - and it turned out to cost me nothing. No pain - all gain!
