Good and indifferent , due to not being able to speak to anyone on a Saturday morning despite the answer phone msg stating the open hours, also stating they are now closed.. Call at 9.45am.
Items delivered late , 2 weeks late, then like a bus the additional replacement turned up on the same day.
However when finally getting hold of customer services , the service was good.
Returned items as I had to purchase an alternative.
Return policy good , however now waiting for the refund... Time will tell.
