Still waiting for my order. Due to an error on your part. You have a mistake on your website which still has not been corrected after more than two weeks of me brining it to your attention??? This is an inaction speaks volumes, about the company's true attitude towards customers.
No compensation has been offered for the inconvenience I have suffered though dealing with you. When I say compensation I mean a good will token to recognise the patients I have had, though this deplorable service. Offer of a free pack of bulbs.
On the plus side you have answered all my emails. Also have had quite a fast response of answering the telephone. So now remains to be seen if you will now constantly spam me, as you have my email address???
So I have not been in any way disingenuous to you in rating you as Poor.
