The goods were dispatched quickly and arrived fast however all was not well. Firstly the web page said that if I bought two, then two more would be sent for free, I received 3 and a small packet of Haribo sweets which seemed a little odd to me but it was fine, thank you for the sweets, however one of the three bulbs was completely shattered inside, this may have happened as part of the handling in the post so might I suggest some sturdier packaging next time, however that also wasn't a major concern as I was really looking to replace only one anyway. The bigger problem was that after putting in my registration and selecting my car model and make etc. the part suggested was a bulb with the number 380, this is then what came in the post and when I took the unit off my car to replace my blown bulb I found that this is actually the wrong bulb for my car. I believed after previous good experience with autobulbs that the part would be right but apparently not. I checked online at forums and sure enough the bulb I was actually after was 382 and not 380. So to summarize I'm a little disappointed that autobulbs didn't know the correct bulb for my car and had me buying the incorrect one instead.
