Do not use... this is a scam. Lookat trust pilot, etc...
Promise of refund, promise of imminent delivery dates, etc... but in the end no dates given, no refund received and of course they are unreachable.
If you go to the citizen's advice website, they have a template letter for reclaiming back from yr credit card company. That's what I'm doing now.
