If I could rate lower, I would. Terrible customer service. They waited over 2 weeks before even thinking of sending my parts, all the while they didn't say a peep, I had to send 3 emails to ask where my items were.
I understand that things take time and sometimes they don't go right, I'm in the Motor Industry aswell, but at the very least you could have communicated that there may have been a delay or similiar, not just leave the customer out of the loop. Had I not asked where my parts were, they could still be sitting on a shelf collecting dust.
This is completely unacceptable.
