Once they got their act together, it was fine. At first they said the product would ship/ fly that day(Monday); I needed it by Thursday and it was possible but not guaranteed. I immediately ordered online, would not take order over the phone. It did not ship. I called the next day; was told ordered too late, would go that day. Still did not. I called DHL and was told that No Pickup had been ordered. They where closed on Wednesday! Called again Thursday and told DHL did not showup(!!!!!), assured it would go that day. It did ship/fly that night and DHL delivered it Thursday PM hitch was too late! Yea DHL, Nea Autolink!
