I own the issue of selecting a product the manufacturer recommended as working for my car (not Autolink as they indicated for another vehicle). That is on me, not on Autolink.
The resultant response to my request from Autolink for me to contact the manufacturer was reasonable and accepted.
What was disappointing was the tone of the subsequent reply when I asked for assistance/direction contact details (as this is not clear to me and still isn't) in making contact with the said manufacturer. On that basis, I will decline to use the Autoline platform again.
