Not a very satisfying experience. I needed spark plugs quickly. Spoke to Albert the chat bot before purchasing who advised me they could be delivered to me in 4 days with express postage. Placed order, left request for express postage in comments of order form. 2 days later I call to follow up only to be told they don't offer express postage??
48 hours later and my order hasn't left. Was miss-informed from the start, received no contact re express postage and just have a bad taste in my mouth now.
