Spent 58 mins on hold to ask a question about what was in a clutch kit, because it didn't specify. Gave up and did an online chat that was slow. Then went and just ordered part online but couldn't process the 10% first order discount. Sent a message with the order please amend the bill but have had no response.
Really frustrating experience!
