Ordered a new pioneer head unit Christmas time. Sent them a few messages over the next 2 weeks looking for updates as I'd received nothing and I had checked that the store was open for business and no communication. (If the equipment isn't in stock just let people know that's all I ask!)
My emails were never answered. Finally I called them and was told everything was in stock but just waiting on a USB adaptor.... Seriously!? Just send it!! The girl I spoke to was very apologetic and said it would be sent express next day. Well a week later it finally came (some express post). I paid for all of the plug and play adaptors to retain the steering wheel controls to fit a pioneer system straight into a Hyundai Veloster with fascia kit. Connected it all up and guess what.. no sound and steering wheel controls not working. Disconnected everything a few times to see if the interface box would begin working but no it didn't. Seriously I'm going to have to communicate with these guys AGAIN and probably wait another couple of weeks for a solution. Very unimpressed and very unlikely I'd ever use this company again. I honestly recommend going elsewhere
