The item was damaged during postage. I only found out about this by seeing something odd via the tracking postage system and then following up by contacting by phone your support centre which took me 3 goes due to extensive hold times. I think this was Friday 03/02/2023
The support centre advised me the package was being returned to sender. Today I received a SMS to say the item had been delivered, however, no item was delivered so I now have no idea what is going on. So I guess it will be more holding on the phone tomorrow to contact the support centre again. Frankly i have had guts full.
