I was disappointed with the purchase. 1. If I chose pick up in store for the said item, it stated 3 days i.e. 24/1/2023. OK great, ergo a fair assumption is that a delivered item should not take too long. 2. The reality was a delivered item took 8/2/2023 to get delivered. 3. The website states dispatch or collect 3-5 days. This is very inaccurate. The reason I'm disappointed is that the back end system does not know about your supply issues. I had get a chat going to find out. Even more so, I was expecting to take this with me interstate. This review is not so much about Automotive Superstore but rather the information being represented. In addition to this the expectation of a a specific time frame. If this can be resolved then you'll get 5 stars.
