The ordering process was easy and I’m in my eighties, also delivery was prompt, however filters could have been packed better because although the filter inside its carton was undamaged the carton housing it had been damaged in transit, sometimes a plastic bag is not sufficient to protect goods from the rough and tumble of the delivery system.
