Buyer beware! Stay away!
Dodgy traders, upon asking to cancel an order that has not been processed they "put your order on hold"
Then to hold your money as randsom, and even though nothing has been processed even after a very slow turn over rate they say "a refund will require a %5 admin fee unless taken as store credit or swap the item"
I've never had a other online store do this before and it's down right blackmail and randsoming
Poor business, slow processing time and dodgy tactics stay away
