I have used auto superstore for many orders over a few years and have been very happy with the service and access to a wide range of products, the only reservation I have is if a part is incorrectly supplied, on the two occasions (of many good experiences) I found the wait for return authority, then for correct supply to be unreasonable, especially in the country situation. When you take a part out only to find the supplied unit is incorrect or faulty, a little trust needs to be applied in terms of rapid rectification. Unfortunately this has made me very cautious about purchase of units that will lead to time down waiting for rectification. The majority of transactions have been positive but be prepared for a wait if things are not so streamlined.
