The online experience was hopeless, the site did not seem to work with my iPad.
I ended up phoning and placing my order with a real person and that was good, the guy was efficient and helpful.
Only problem there was I missed out on my 10% discount I was expecting.
Was told the items I ordered were not in stock, so still waiting for delivery.
Only ordered on Thursday, (2 days ago) so you have probably sent this email out looking for feedback a bit prematurely really.
