I am disgusted with the level of customer care I recieved today from Autonet ins. I insured my car providing details that I was able to complete on your in line platform. I was charged immediately 31.89 on the 9th November 2020. Today I was informed I was not able to insure my vehicle because I am temporarily living out of the UK but still in the EU ! and that my Sorn vehicle was not valid & Autonet would not insure me. To ensure my complete dissatisfaction I was then charged 26.84 for the pleasure of not being insured ! as a cancellation fee Can I point out that I rang today to PAY not for Autonet to cancel may insurance your were happy to take and charge me for. This is appalling & i will be ensuring that my compaint is raised with the most senior executive I can identify within your company. Tonight I have recieved a letter stating my vehicle is not sorned ( which it is & you were informed of this today ) & that I should find alternative insurance. This may be a standard letter but your attention to customer service today was appalling & you have lost now a mature driver with maximum no claims happy to pay appropriate premiums.
