Althought the staff are helpful and knowledgable, there were long queues to get through and I got cut off after a long wait. When I decided to cancel the policy (within 24hours as current provider came up with better offer) was stung by an excessive admin fee. Reading the small print it seems I got off lightly as if I had waited until the policy started, then changed my mind, the fee jumps to 25% of the value of the policy! No exactly waht I would call "reasonable costs"
So, be wary, better to go direct to your insurer or use another company.
