Gone have the days of the loyalty customer. I insure a motorbike and don't have to do a tap. No emails no paperwork. They quote me every year which is the same or reduced every year which is the old way of doing things. Hassle free. Car insurers these days add on after the year has passed its not reduced so it's an online shop every 12 months. If you make a mod policy change you get hammered they think they have you by the balls, the truth is they have and you get screwed. It's just happened to me with you and I know how it works. If you value my custom so much why has it gone up by 13£ a month. Never mind areas or any bullshit reason for putting it up. Customer loyalty like my bike insurance, reduced and I never had to do a tap. Don't get with the times, get with the past customer services where polices were reduced every year not inflated. Rant rant rant. I speak the truth from experience I was used cos of a change in my circumstances and payed 13 £ a month over the odds for the privilege. We'll see in 12 months time what offer you propose. Another catches customer of the system. Bye and thank you for raising my policy cos I changed address. I got conned which I knew I would cos that's how you insurance company's work. Rant over and out of pocket.
