The whole process from start to finish was very easy. The staff were friendly, polite and explained everything clearly. Documentation was received quickly and was straightforward. There was only one thing that could have been better. It was only towards the end of the conversation, when everything had been agreed and was being confirmed to me, that I was told the first two payments would be taken out within a very short space of time (the deposit and the first payment less than 2 weeks later. Whilst this was not a problem to me, I would have expected it to have gone out the following month. It may be a problem for some people to pay 2 payments in the same month, and therefore maybe should have been mentioned earlier in the conversation. Only a very small thing though. The whole process was completely easy and painless!
