Having changed Cars a number of times this year I have had to contact the call centre a number of times, every time the staff have been very knowledgeable and friendly. On my last occasion changing vehicle details in made no sense to commit to Autonet as they couldn't get me a competitive quote, I decided to cancel the policy and look for an alternative, but wait Autonet had another option and after some negotiating managed to come up with a new policy which was as competitive as any comparison site, if I had any criticism it would be having to pay admin charges every time I changed my vehicle, but this is becoming common practise with most insurance companies these days. Overall 9 out of 10 Autonet well done.
