I purchased insurance through this company before reading the reviews, if i had read them before i would not of purchased, due to the high amount of unsatisfied customers.. however I currently found i have had no problems so far.
Hence a 4 star rating.
Work on Client / Company relations need to improve to stop people form being put off by bad reviews.
