Once you get through repeating the same information several times then you will find the employees very courteous and helpful despite having the handicap of cooperate corporation performance targets and expectations. However, they do need to dismiss the automatic renewal service as this usually involves the customer searching on line for a much better deal, finding it, then having to phone yourselves asking you if you can equal or better it.... Low and behold you come in around 50 quid cheaper!!, wtf! Why not save me having to search for a better deal if you can better it? Why not just offer me the best deal in first place? Just curiosity here but did you guys have anything to do with the design and construction of Apollo 13?. , challenger space shuttle perhaps?, if not, you guys really missed your vocation .
