Good price, prompt quotation, but once accepted I was requested to provide information and documents that no company has previously requested during the past 40 plus years of driving. I did ask two questions on two occasions about the policy terms but these were ignored on both occasions. At least they the policy cost was cheap hence I haven't given them the lowest rating. Hopefully I wont ever find out if this lack of care extends to the claims department.
