Far too complicated site, could not find a way to get my question over. chat line closed by time I had it sorted. telephone service diabolical ,I spent all Thursday afternoon trying to get a reply. I had to notify a change of vehicle today so I was fully covered. The price increase was far higher than i would have thought for a car with a lower emission and smaller engine size. Obviously I had no choice but to pay the increase as I needed to use the car today. As I only returned from abroad on Wednesday I had no time to get a comparison quote. I will certainly not be using your company again. Very disappointed.
