Disappointed that it took me three attempts to contact auto net with reference to additional documents which they gave me 7days to send. I tried once via the phone and was on hold for longer than I'd expect and then two attempts at online chat failed.
However when I did speak to an agent she was very helpful and it did end up being extremely easy to send evidence of my additional info requested and is all now resolved. Ultimately I am thus far happy.
