Was advised that car policy documents would come by email shortly after taking out policy online. However nothing came by email for 4 days, then docs came by post. This was a worrying time and there oddly there was no way to contact AutoNet electronically despite them being an online company. Then it wasn't possible to [Add] my policy to the web site portal. Another peculiar anachronism for an online company, it's odd that I am asked to ADD a policy to a website that should automatically have my policy details.
