I have just purchased my first policy and everything went well. Very easy to use the website and set the policy up. I actully gave them a ring and I spoke to someone within a few minutes so that was a bonus. Lady i spoke to was very nice and this policy was cheaper than many of the others, hopefully next year once I have a years no claims they will offer an even better qoute ;) anyway let's see how things go it's still at the early stage but I feel happy with these guys.
